Shared connections across your team

It’s now much easier for you to enable your entire team to put AI to work across the software and tools your company uses.

Usually, one or two people in a company figure out what AI can do first. They add company knowledge, connect the right systems, and build agents that produce useful results. Their teammates often start several steps behind. Limited access to data and tools can lead to weaker results, and excitement fades before AI feels useful.

With connection sharing, you can set up a company connection once and share it with the right people. Teammates can build more capable agents in minutes without starting from zero – and you never have to share API keys or sensitive login credentials.

Set up a connection once, then share it with your team

To share a connection, go to Settings > Connections, and then click share:

Most connections take only a few clicks to set up. But company systems like Stripe, your CRM, analytics platforms, or an internal API may require credentials and technical details that only one person holds. You can now add the connection once, then share it with specific teammates or your entire organization. You can also give someone access to existing connections when inviting them, so everything is ready when they join.

Tasklet already lets organizations share knowledge about how the company works across the team. Sharing connections now adds access to the systems where the real work and data live, giving every teammate a stronger starting point.

You control which company connections get shared, while personal inboxes and individual connections stay private.

How to use a shared connection in your agents

To add a connection that was shared with you, go to Connections > Add connection:

Once someone has access to a shared connection, they can add it to any agent they use.

For example, an operations leader can set up the company’s CRM connection once. A salesperson on the team can use it in an agent that investigates pipeline performance, while the customer success manager uses it in an agent that prepares account briefs. Each person gets the company access they need without being forced into one shared agent or rebuilding the setup.

Combined with your organization’s knowledge, shared connections help your team get useful results sooner, without repeating setup work you’ve already handled.

Start with one company system your team depends on. Set up the connection once, share it with the people who need it, and let them put it to work in their own agents.
