Most paid users choose Starter to begin. Then, they upgrade their plan or buy one-time credits as usage grows.

• Starter: Choose this for regular usage or when you need unlimited automation runs, full-size file uploads, the agent web browser, and the lower monthly per-credit rate. This is where most paid users start.
• Pro or Custom: Choose a larger monthly plan when you need more ongoing credits.
• One-time credits: Add credits when your usage temporarily exceeds your plan, or for additional flexibility.

Your subscription is billed at the organization level, not per team member. Add unlimited team members with no per-seat fees. Everyone in your organization draws from one shared credit pool. Admins can view usage across the organization and set limits for agents to keep spending predictable as your team grows.

When you use Tasklet, each request costs credits. Cost depends on factors like task complexity, how much context and data are involved, which tools and connections are active, automation frequency, and the intelligence level you choose.

Paid plans include a monthly credit allocation and 600 daily bonus credits on days you visit the app. Daily bonus credits reset at Midnight UTC. Monthly credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.

To optimize credit usage, reduce unnecessary AI invocations, tune intelligence levels for the task, remove unnecessary tools, and start fresh threads for unrelated work.

One-time credits give you additional flexibility without starting or changing a monthly subscription.

One-time credits are available in preset amounts starting at $25, at a fixed rate of 320 credits per dollar.

One-time credits are valid for one year from purchase and are used only after all other credits are consumed.

💡 Tip: For regular usage, choose a monthly plan since they're discounted with a lower per-credit rate. Add one-time credits when you need extra capacity during periods of higher usage.

Yes. Once you have a paid monthly plan, you can choose any amount from $25 to $10,000 in $5 increments through Stripe.

Go to Settings → Org → Billing and select Manage billing. In Stripe, open your subscription and update its quantity. Each quantity unit is $5 per month and includes 2,000 monthly credits. For example, a quantity of 110 gives you a $550 monthly plan with 220,000 credits.

Tasklet agents are persistent AI teammates that learn over time and help you and your team get real work done. They can take on work across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and more:

All plans allow you to connect an unlimited number of services using our thousands of built-in integrations, direct API access, and MCP support. You can also create an unlimited number of agents.

Yes. Every agent can directly search and read websites. The Free Trial and paid plans also include a dedicated web browser for navigating complex sites, logging in, and filling out forms.

Every agent also has a sandboxed command-line environment where it can run scripts, process files, and use developer tools.

Tasklet gives you access to leading models from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and open-source labs in one plan. You can choose a different model and reasoning level for every thread with an agent, using faster, lower-cost models for routine work and more capable models for complex research, analysis, and instant apps. Your choice applies to future conversations and automations in that thread.

Your agent can also delegate focused parts of a task to the model best suited for the job. It can use less expensive models for routine work and specialized or more capable models for research, scanning documents, browser work, and other demanding steps, while the model you selected remains in control.

To add teammates, go to Settings → Org → Members and select Invite member. By default, any organization member can invite teammates, but owners and admins can restrict invitations to admins only.

You can add unlimited team members without per-seat fees. Your organization pays for its shared credit usage, so costs scale with usage rather than headcount. Admins can view usage across the organization and set limits for individual agents to keep spending predictable as your team grows.

Every Tasklet agent runs in an isolated cloud environment, and each agent has its own permission boundary. This helps you control what data and tools it can access, without the agent needing access to your computer.

Credentials for connections are encrypted in a secure vault. Tool permissions are configured separately for each agent, so different agents can receive different levels of access to the same connection.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately without changing your billing cycle date and issue a prorated credit grant for the remainder of the current period. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

All paid plans include email support. Plans of $250 per month or more also include live video support with our team for more hands-on help.

If you are unhappy with Tasklet, we will provide a refund upon request within 14 days of your payment for amounts up to $250. Beyond that, refunds are not available. Please cancel your subscription before contacting our team.
