When you use Tasklet, each request costs credits. Cost depends on factors like task complexity, how much context and data are involved, which tools and connections are active, trigger frequency, and the intelligence level you choose.

Paid plans include a monthly credit allocation. In addition, all users receive daily bonus credits when they visit the app: 300 credits per day on the Free plan and 600 credits per day on paid plans. Daily bonus credits reset at Midnight UTC. Monthly credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.

To optimize credit usage, reduce unnecessary AI invocations, tune intelligence levels for the task, remove unnecessary tools, and start fresh chats for unrelated work.

Intelligence levels determine how capable your agents are at handling complex tasks. Higher levels use more advanced AI models but consume more credits. Basic is fast and cost-effective, while Advanced, Expert, and Genius progressively increase capability for more demanding work.

All plans allow you to connect an unlimited number of services using our thousands of built-in integrations, direct API access, and MCP support. You can also create an unlimited number of agents.

Yes. Every agent can directly search and read websites. Paid plans also include a dedicated web browser for navigating complex sites, logging in, and filling out forms.

Every agent also has a sandboxed command-line environment where it can run scripts, process files, and use developer tools.

All paid plans include email support. Plans of $250 per month or more also include live video support with our team for more hands-on help.

One-time credits let paid-plan customers top up their account without changing their subscription. They can be purchased in amounts from $25 to $2,500.

One-time credits are valid for one year from purchase, require an active subscription, and are used only after all other credits are consumed.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, reset your billing cycle, and issue a new credit grant for the new payment amount. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Yes. The Free plan lets you explore Tasklet without any commitment. You can upgrade whenever you are ready.

If you are unhappy with Tasklet, we will provide a refund upon request within 14 days of your payment for amounts up to $250. Beyond that, refunds are not available. Please downgrade your account to the Free plan before contacting our team.
