Tasklet now supports GPT-5.5 & Image Generation

by Mark Robinson

The OpenAI and Tasklet logos are displayed with the text "GPT-5.5 is now connected to your work in Tasklet" and icons of a lot of different apps, tools, and systems that Tasklet connects with.

Today we’re announcing support for GPT-5.5 in Tasklet, bringing OpenAI’s most intelligent model into the workflows your agents already run.

We’ve partnered with OpenAI so your agents can use GPT-5.5 across the tools, files, data, and workflows they already connect to.

A dark interface shows the text "Describe a task or responsibility" above icons for attachments, code, computer, and lightning bolt, with "GPT-5.5" selected.

Tasklet agents can pull data from APIs, process files, generate reports, update systems, send messages, and run automatically from schedules, email events, Slack messages, webhooks, and more.

Now those agents can use GPT-5.5.

“Tasklet is a great example of where AI products are headed: beyond one-off prompts and into connected workflows that help teams get real work done. By bringing GPT-5.5 across tools, files, and business systems, Tasklet is making OpenAI’s newest model more useful in the day-to-day workflows teams already rely on.”

— Marc Manara, Head of Startups at OpenAI

Better model choices for your work

In early testing, GPT-5.5 has been especially helpful for diligent research, meticulous analysis, and recurring multi-step workflows that move information between business tools.

Here are the benefits of using GPT-5.5 that we’ve seen so far:

  • A more thorough approach to research-heavy, detail-oriented tasks
  • Excellent production of polished, presentation-ready documents that need minimal cleanup
  • A good fit for repetitive, recurring workflows across business tools, especially when agents need to gather, utilize, and send information between multiple tools & systems
  • Effective completion of tasks where accuracy, completeness, and careful follow-through matter more than raw speed or lowest cost

Claude models remain available in Tasklet too, so you can choose the model that fits the task.

This release follows the same idea: the best AI tools become more useful when they’re connected to the rest of your work.

Now agents can generate visuals for campaign briefs, presentations, reports, social posts, product concepts, and more — without sending you to another tool to finish the job.

That means Tasklet agents can help not only with research, analysis, and operations, but also with the visual assets that often come next.
