Your CRM + text, Slack, files
Add contacts to your CRM from anywhere
Set up an AI agent that adds people to your CRM from whatever you have on hand: a photo of a business card, a spreadsheet from an event, or a quick text about someone you just met.
How it works
Set it up in three steps
Step 1
Start with the prompt
Open it in Tasklet, or copy it into a new chat.
Starter promptHelp me add contacts to my CRM without opening it. Check what's connected and help me connect my CRM if needed. Then ask me which list to add contacts to. I'll send you contacts however I have them, like a spreadsheet, a photo of business cards, or just a name and company. Add each one with any details I include. If someone's already in my CRM, update their record instead of creating a duplicate. When you're done, tell me who you added and anything that was missing.Step 2
Connect your CRM and make it yours
Connect your CRM, plus anywhere you want to send contacts from, like texting or Slack.

Step 3
Send contacts from wherever you are
Text a photo of a business card on your way out of a meeting. Drop in a spreadsheet after an event. Or just describe who you met. Your agent adds them to your CRM and tells you what it did.
Add-ons
Make it do more
Once it’s working, paste any of these into the same thread.
Find their LinkedIn
“For each new contact, find their LinkedIn profile and add the link to their CRM record.”
Add my LinkedIn connections
“Go through my LinkedIn connections export and add anyone who fits my ideal customer profile or works at a company already in my CRM. Include their title and company.”
Add people from my calendar
“Every morning, check my calendar for meetings with people outside my company. Add anyone who isn't in my CRM yet, with the meeting date and what it's about.”
Fill in missing details
“Connect my enrichment tool, like Apollo, and fill in missing titles, emails, and company info for new contacts. Don't overwrite anything I've already entered.”
Common questions
Before you connect your CRM
Will my Tasklet agent change or delete my CRM records without asking me?
No. It only adds or updates contacts when you ask it to, and it asks for permission before it can make changes in your CRM. It never deletes records unless you give it explicit permission and tell it to.
Which CRMs does Tasklet work with?
Just about all of them, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Lightfield, Attio, Pipedrive, Close, and many more. Tasklet connects to thousands of apps through ready-made integrations, and it can also connect to any app that has an API or MCP server. If an app has none of those, your agent can use a browser to work in it, just like you would.
How is this different from my CRM's import tools?
Import tools only take certain files, and you clean up the data yourself. A Tasklet agent takes whatever you have, like a photo, a spreadsheet, or a quick text. It checks for duplicates and updates existing records instead of making new ones. If something’s unclear, it asks you instead of guessing.
Is it safe to connect my CRM to Tasklet?
Yes. Tasklet is SOC 2 compliant and your data is encrypted. You connect your accounts with a secure sign-in, so you never share your passwords. Visit our Trust Center for details.
How much does it cost?
You can try it free, with no payment required. Paid plans start at $25 a month. How many credits it uses depends on how many contacts you send and which AI model you choose. See pricing

So without ever opening up your CRM, from wherever you are, whether you’re walking out of a coffee shop where you just met somebody, you’re at a conference at the booth and you’re collecting a bunch of handwritten notes or business cards, or you’re in the office and you drag in a spreadsheet, it’s really easy with Tasklet to just tell the agent what you want, “Add these contacts to this list,” and it’ll make it happen.
First, let’s add access to our CRM in Tasklet. “Connect to Lightfield, my CRM, please.” And you could do this with any CRM. I use Lightfield, so that’s the one that I’m connecting. Connect. Continue.
Now that I connected Lightfield, it is asking for access, so I’m going to allow. It does tell me it has read-only access. So right now it’s not gonna be able to add contacts, but let’s go ahead and ask it to do that anyway, and it’ll ask for the permissions when it needs it. I’m gonna give it a spreadsheet. And then I am simply going to tell it, “Please add this list of contacts to Mark’s demo test list in Tasklet.” I’m sorry, in Lightfield, not Tasklet.
So now it asks me for permission to actually write to Lightfield.
While this is using the spreadsheet to add some contacts, I’m gonna send it a picture of some contacts. Maybe I picked these up at a booth at a conference or something like that. So let’s take a picture here. “Please add these contacts to the same list as well.”
And let’s refresh Lightfield and see if it’s got any contacts. There we go. So now I have several contacts with the information that was provided in the spreadsheet that I added.
I’m gonna give it some more instruction and say, “I also added a business card of somebody I met named Joel from The Missing Sox, so you can add them too.”
So now it’s adding context that way, and I can also just say, “In addition to that, I did meet somebody named Maya Chen who works at Acme Co. Can you go ahead and add her to this list as well, please?” Now we can see the full list. I just refreshed the screen.
So without opening up my CRM, I was able to add all of these contacts with whatever context I had. If I wanna add more context to them and give an email or phone or, “Hey, here’s how I actually met this person. This person wants a demo on this day,” or any other relevant information, it’s easy for me to text, use the app, or jump in on my desktop. You literally just tell it what you want, and the contacts are there.
