AI sales assistant · Typeform + text, Slack
Call every new lead within minutes
Your AI sales assistant texts you the moment a new qualified lead fills out your form, with their name, a tap-to-call number, what they asked about, and one line on who they are, so you can call them within minutes.
How it works
Set it up in three steps
Step 1
Start with the prompt
Open it in Tasklet, or copy it into a new chat.
Starter promptHelp me call every new lead within minutes of them coming in. Ask me where my leads come from, like a website form, Typeform, or Zillow, and help me connect it. If it doesn't connect directly, give me a webhook link to paste into it and walk me through where it goes. As soon as a new lead comes in, text me within 2 minutes with: - Their name and phone number, formatted so I can tap to call - What they asked about and their timeline - One line on who they are, based only on what you can actually find - A flag if it looks like a fake or spam lead Speed matters most. If research would push the text past 2 minutes, send their name and phone number first and follow up with the rest. Keep the text short enough to read at a glance.Step 2
Connect your lead form and make it yours
Connect wherever your leads come in. If it doesn't connect directly, your agent gives you a webhook link to paste into it. In Typeform, that's under Connect, then Webhooks. Make sure the webhook is turned on, then connect texting, Slack, or email for the alerts.

Step 3
Get the text, then make the call
Send a test lead to make sure it works. From then on, every new lead lands on your phone right away, with a number you can tap to call. You're on the phone while they're still thinking about you.

Customer stories
What customers are saying
“Our number three salesperson is now number one. We built a sales coaching agent that reviews calls and tells reps exactly what to improve.”
Jeff KingPresident, The Pest Rangers “Every night we get a report: here’s who was promised an appointment that never got scheduled. You wouldn’t believe how often that happens.”

Add-ons
Make it do more
Once it’s working, paste any of these into the same thread.
Rotate leads across my team
“Send each new lead to the next rep on my team, round-robin, and text them the details instead of me. Ask me who's on the team and how to reach each person, and keep a running log of who got which lead.”
Only alert me about good fits
“Only text me about leads who fit my criteria, like budget, timeline, and company size, using their form answers and what you can find about their company. Ask me what counts as a good fit. Send me the rest in a summary at the end of the day.”
Add leads to my CRM
“Add every new lead to my CRM with their contact info and what they asked about. If they're already in it, update their record instead of creating a duplicate. If my CRM isn't connected yet, help me connect it.”
Reach out right away
“As soon as a lead comes in, send them a LinkedIn connection and draft a short, friendly email thanking them and letting them know I'll be in touch soon. Text me the draft and send it once I approve.”
Setting up your AI sales assistant
Common questions
How fast will I get the text?
Usually within a minute. Your form sends each new lead to your agent the moment it’s submitted, through a webhook (a link your agent gives you to paste into your form’s settings). The more research you ask for, the longer it takes, so keep it light when speed matters most.
Which lead sources does it work with?
Any form or tool that can send a webhook, like Typeform, Calendly, or your website’s form. Many CRMs, like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive, connect directly to Tasklet, and others can connect through an API or MCP server. If a source only emails you new leads, your agent can watch your inbox for them instead. Not sure about yours? Ask your agent to check.
Where does the text come from?
Your agent’s own phone number. When you set it up, your agent verifies your number. After that, you can text back to ask for more details. After a call, you can also text or send a voice note back to your Tasklet agent about how it went, and your agent will update your CRM and handle next steps.
Can Tasklet enrich my leads?
Yes. Your agent can find each lead’s LinkedIn profile, company, role, and anything else it can find online, then add it to your text. For more detail, like verified emails, phone numbers, or company size, connect an enrichment tool like Apollo or Hunter and tell your agent what to pull. Either way, it only shares what it finds and tells you when nothing turns up.
Will it make things up about my leads?
It’s told to share only what it actually finds. If a lead uses a personal email and nothing else turns up, it says so instead of guessing. Double-check anything important before you act on it.
Can it send leads to my sales team instead?
Yes. Add your teammates as contacts, and your agent can send each lead to the next rep in line, round-robin, so they don’t all go to the same person.
Can it text the lead back for me?
Yes, with a little extra setup. Out of the box, your agent can draft a first reply right away and send it by email once you approve. To text leads directly, connect a texting service like Twilio, and your agent can send texts on your behalf. Ask your agent to walk you through the setup. Either way, you decide what it can send on its own and what it needs your approval for.
Is it safe to connect my lead form to Tasklet?
Yes. Tasklet is SOC 2 Type II compliant and your data is encrypted. Your form sends new leads to a private link that only your agent uses, and any accounts you connect use a secure sign-in, so you never share passwords. Visit our Trust Center for details.
How much does it cost?
You can try it free, with no payment required. Paid plans start at $25 a month. Credit use depends on how many leads come in, how much research you ask for, how your agent checks for new leads, and which AI model you choose. See pricing

In sales, the faster you respond to a lead, the better your chances of winning the deal. So let’s set up an agent that texts you the moment a new lead comes in.
In this example, I’m going to be using Typeform as the lead source. But wherever your leads come through, whether that’s your website, Google, Meta, Zillow, Yelp, or any number of different sources, you can do something similar so that you get notified immediately when the right lead comes in, and you’re the first one to get in touch.
The agent I’m going to set up for this is Sally. This is the form I’ve got set up right now to get leads. It’s a real estate example, waterfront living in Medina. From within Typeform, you click Connect, go to Webhooks, and then click Add a webhook. What we need is the endpoint. So I’m going to go into Sally, my agent that’s going to help out with sales leads, and tell her what we’re looking for: “I need a URL to give to Typeform because I’m setting up a webhook that notifies you as soon as a lead comes through and the form is filled out. Give me the URL that I can paste back into Typeform, please.”
There we go: “Receive new Typeform leads.” I’m going to copy this link, go back into Typeform, paste the link here, and save the webhook. Now you can see I have a webhook set up, and you can send a test from Typeform to confirm. Let’s send a test just to make sure. And just like that, you can see how fast that was. A notification comes through immediately, and it received the lead, which is great.
Now let’s set this up for real. As soon as a lead comes through, I want my agent to text me, and if it has any information about the lead, give me one line on who this person is, so I know who I’m calling and I can call them right away with everything I need right in front of me to be effective on that call.
So let’s tell our agent that: “Moving forward, as soon as a lead comes through, I want you to text me the phone number and any information that’s relevant, so I can get them on the phone and try to close the deal or move it forward as quickly as possible. Do a little bit of enrichment, but the name of the game here is speed, so whatever you do, do it quickly.”
This is my text conversation with Sally, so as soon as the lead comes through, I should get a text right here. Let’s fill out this form and get this lead triggered. Let’s say I’m Bill Gates trying to buy this home. What’s your name? Bill. I’ll give a link to Bill Gates’s LinkedIn. A private tour would be great. There we go. I just submitted the form, so pretty quickly I should get a text with the information I need to follow up on this hot lead.
Boom, there we go. New lead, Bill. I can call the number, and I’ve got a link to his LinkedIn right there. Let’s give Bill a call.
Some tools connect to Tasklet directly, so you don’t have to set up a webhook. It might be an API or MCP server, or it might just be a native connection. So there are different ways to set something like this up, depending on the tools you’re using and where your leads come in from. From there, you can have it Slack you or email you. If you have a team of sales agents, you can have it distribute the leads round-robin so they don’t all go to the same person. You can make it as simple or as complicated as you want. The point is you get a text or a notification the second a lead comes through, so you’re on the phone with them faster and you can close more deals.
