Payment methods
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full payment card information.

Adjusting your plan
Upgrading
You can upgrade your plan at any time through the pricing page. Upgrades take effect immediately. When you upgrade:
- Your billing cycle will reset. Both the charge and the credit grant are prorated based on the remaining time on your previous subscription
- You’ll gain immediate access to the new credits and any new features on your upgraded plan
Downgrading
You can downgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep your current plan and credits through the rest of the cycle before the lower plan begins.
Canceling
You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to Tasklet settings > Org → Billing > Manage plan → Cancel subscription.
After cancellation:
- You’ll continue to have access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period
- You’ll automatically be moved to the Free plan when your billing period ends
- No further charges will be made
Updating billing information
To update your subscription, download invoices, or change your billing information, go to Tasklet settings > Org → Billing > Manage plan.
Refunds
If you’re unhappy with Tasklet, we will provide a refund upon request within 14 days of your payment for amounts up to $250. To request a refund:
- Downgrade your account to the Free plan
- Contact our team at support@tasklet.ai
Beyond the 14-day window, or for larger amounts, payments are final and non-refundable. AI systems are inherently complex, imperfect, and may make mistakes. We make no warranty on their output in any way.
If you are unsure if Tasklet will meet your needs, please choose a smaller plan and evaluate it before upgrading to a larger number of credits.
